Shipping Methods
All items purchased on our website will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout, UPS Ground will be the first option than next day air and so on.

Service Area
Once payment is received, Wholesale Tarp will ship to anywhere within the lower 48 States and Canada via UPS Ground, or you can opt for quicker options for a surcharge.

Currently Wholesale Tarp will not accept orders to destinations outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. We can not accept deliveries to a PO Box address. Please feel free to call us or e-mail us at: custservice@wholesaletarp.net  if you wish to discuss other shipping options.

Shipping Rates
The cost for shipping will depend on the weight of your order. Please note the shipping rates charged do not necessarily represent UPS published rates,we may use cheaper shipping options wherever possible and if it does not slow down service.Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).

Ground Services
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will typically ship the same day if the order is placed before 3Pm Eastern time. UPS Ground orders received on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the next business day.

Warranty
Any defective item can be sent back for replacment within thirty - 30 - days of its purchase. Items drop-direct shipped from any of our importer/manufacturer partners and not directly from us can not be returned to us without prior written authorization from wholesaletarp.net.return authorization will only be granted if the manufacturer is willing to re-stock the items for no additional fee. Special order items are NOT returnable. This is not a warranty. It does not cover damage due to normal use or aging. We do not cover damage due to product abuse or any damage caused by normal wear and tear for any item purchased from us. Wholesale Tarp is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of for replacing the tarp in question. Any difective tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Wholesale tarp at: 125 Noble Street, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401.
Wholesale Tarp does not guarantee any other warranty other than what is mentioned in this paragraph.

Returns and refunds
 If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, or simply you think that you have purchased the wrong tarp you may return the item within 30 days after the shipping date for a replacement item or refund, however you are responsible for shipping, handling charges (Any "e;Free Shipping"e; item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.)
 The item must be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with all the documentation, and other accessories to receive credit. "e;New and unused"e; means that there can be absolutely no use, wear and tear. We can not accept a return of any item that is out of it's original packaging.
In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation to: Wholesaletarp.net 1001 W Washington st, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401.
