Part of the rainbow: white tarps
Maybe
you wouldn't think that the color of your tarp matters much, but think
again. Depending on the kind of tarp you need, the color can come in to
play more than you think. When choosing what color tarps to use, give
some thought to the occasion for which the tarp will be used, or the
situation in which it is needed.
While a white tarp can be used for many reasons, they are commonly used as
canopies for various occasions. These tarps might be used as cover for
outdoor wedding receptions, at outdoor festivals and fairs or any other
event that requires covering for booths or tables. A welcome relief on
sweltering days, white tarps also tend to offer a cooler environment
since the lighter color reflects the sun, keeping the air around it a
little cooler.
Take cover with dark brown tarps
Sometimes
you just don't want to be found. Whether used to keep you blended in
and under cover or just as your color of choice, dark brown tarps offer
protection when you need it. Many times, darker tarps are ideal for
covering machinery, protecting roofs and when acting as ground covers.
Because they tend to blend in more than some of the brighter colors,
dark brown tarps can be used when you want to fly under the radar while
you are camping or hunting. These tarps are also good to use as floor
covers for painters to protect the floor from flying colors. As with
all of our poly tarps, these are also water-resistant and tear-resistant so
that although they may get dirty, they'll resist tears and mildew, as
well as the cold weather, so that they'll still perform when you need
to use them again and again.
